I’ve just come across something that makes me scratch my head. Last night, I went to my univeristy’s website to make a tuition payment, and I was greeted with “The system is currently closed, our hours are the following:”.

I couldn’t believe it. An online system to take money didn’t operate around the clock? How could this be? The system just provides students with course info, the ability to make payments, add/drop classes, etc. Why should these things be doable only during “our hours”? (These hours are generally from 8AM to 10 PM, so it’s not like the school’s offices have to be open)

Further proof to me that some Universities are very out of touch with the real world.
