I’ve come to the conclusion that the offical portable music player of New York City is the Apple iPod. I swear, 3 out of 4 people with headphones on are listening to the iPod. What amazing market penetration for Apple. Let’s hope they can keep it up. I know I greatly enjoy my iPod…makes ignoring people on the subway easier.
